How Do I Place an Order? TOP
Simply choose your fabrics from the Fabric Options button on the Home Page. Click on the bedding or accessory item that you wish to purchase. Enter the requested information on the order page including the fabric selections when prompted.
You will be contacted by email to confirm your order and will be given the option to be contacted by one of our sales representatives.
When will I recieve my order? TOP
For Custom Bedding orders please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
All other items will be processed as soon as we receive the order and will ship out within 5 business days.
What if my fabric is on backorder? TOP
We try our best to keep you up to date on items that may not be available at this time, however we do not always catch all out of stock items right away. If your fabric happens to be on backorder you will be notified within 24-48 hours of your order.
Your order will then be put on a "Rush" list to be shipped out ASAP. Usually 2-3 business days of receiving the back-ordered item.
Can I place an order by phone? TOP
